Permitted for over 6,000 sqm of office and retail space, the development design emphasises environmental sustainability and user well-being. The design honours Cremorne’s architectural roots with saw-tooth factory-inspired roofs and recycled brick elements, creating a vibrant space that supports modern work while minimising environmental impact.
